Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Appointment Cancellation:

    • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 12 Hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  2. Cancellation Fee:

    • If you cancel or reschedule an appointment without adequate notice, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee amount will be [specific amount or percentage of the session cost] and is intended to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
  3. Emergencies and Exceptions:

    • We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or clinic errors.
  2. Session Packages:

    • If you have purchased a session package and wish to discontinue services before utilizing all sessions, a refund may be issued for the unused portion of the package, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
  3. Refund Processing:

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@fitflexphysio.online. Once received, we will review the request and respond within 3 Working Days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  4. No-Show Policy:

    • If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it may be considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to the same cancellation policies, including applicable fees.
  5. Refunds for Prepaid Services:

    • Refunds for prepaid services will be pro-rated based on the number of unused sessions, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
